GHIR Construction was founded in 2009 as a design-build firm with a simple idea: a single, accountable team should carry a project from first concept through final finish. No handoffs between separate architects, designers, and builders, and no finger-pointing when something slips.
Today that approach stands behind 300+ completed homes, renovations, additions, and commercial spaces. Architecture, permitting, construction, and finish selections all move through one studio, so the experience stays calm and the craftsmanship stays consistent.

Wes & Lindsay Wiggins
For 16 years, Wes and Lindsay have run GHIR side by side. Wes leads the building expertise and oversees every project from groundbreaking to handover, holding the work to a high standard at each phase. Lindsay manages the details of the construction process, client communication, and the relationships that keep a build feeling personal.
Together they make sure every project is delivered with the professionalism and craftsmanship their clients expect, and that the people on site are screened, background-checked, and accountable.
